I live locally in the Webster Groves/Kirkwood area and actively work with clients throughout St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Warren Counties. Being in the market day-to-day means I understand the pricing trends, buyer behavior, and timing factors that can make or break a sale.

Before real estate, my background in engineering and healthcare trained me to pay attention to details, manage moving parts, and stay steady when situations get complex.
