Biography
Voted Best REALTOR® by the Warren County Record consecutively, each year since 2014, Samantha Richardson will without a doubt exceed your expectations. She equates her success to her ability to connect with clients and individualize her service to their needs. “My clients are my friends,” she says “I truly care about them like family.”
Sam moved to the city of Warrenton when she was 17, graduated from Warrenton High School and has been selling real estate for more than 20 years. In October 2017 she and her business partner, Stacey Blondin, opened their own brokerage. Main St. Real Estate is located in a beautifully restored building in the Warrenton downtown district. Their historic location once housed the town’s first hospital!
Regarding opening the brokerage Sam says, “It isn’t about selling the most expensive homes or making the most money, I really want to build something that has a lasting impact.” She often stresses how important supporting her agents is, they currently have eleven additional agents on their team, and helping those agents build their careers is a passion of hers.
When it comes to her clients, Sam asks questions and learns about their individual needs. If you need help with home staging, pricing your home, deciding what repairs are most economical or a slew of other concerns, Sam can help with them all. She says her favorite aspect of her job is all of the friendships she makes along the way, many times helping members of the same families, and multiple generations, buy their dream homes!
Samantha and her husband, Tyler, have three children, Luke, Charlee and Casey, a son-in-law Josh and two grandchildren, Kaleb and Kameron. In their free time they love to take the boat out to Mark Twain Lake or on the Missouri River. They also play volleyball and golf. Samantha is passionate about giving back to the community that has built her businesses and where she raised her family. She is the President of the Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Member of the Greater Warren County Economic Development Council, Executive Board Member of Turning Point, Board of Directors Member of the Saint Charles County Association of Realtors, a member of the Warrenton Elks Lodge #2662, a member of the Warrenton Rotary Club and is involved with the Warrenton Downtown Association. Each year Sam & Stacey, along with their families and friends, purchase Christmas gifts for over 250 kids within the Warrenton school district and actively give back to the community in every way they can!
