Steve Grannemann

Steve has worked as a Real Estate Broker for almost 20 years. Following in the footsteps of his family, he obtained his Brokers license in 2002, and took over the family real estate business in 2008. His love of the outdoors, and farming have led him to focus on large farms, hunting and recreational land sales. Successfully negotiating several multi-million dollar land deals over the years has given him an edge when it comes to selling your farm or finding that great hunting track. 

In 2015, Steve moved from Gasconade County to Warren County, and in 2019 he obtained his Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance License and started working in Warrenton, so he decided to move his Real Estate License to Warren County as well and joined the team at Main Street Real Estate in 2021. 

Through hard work and determination, he has gained the trust of his clients, and has developed numerous connections and knowledge in the industry that have served his clients well.
